This edition of Hibernator is an Imperial Stout that was aged in Booker’s Bourbon Barrels for 2 years and was finished on cacao nibs, shaved coconuts, vanilla and a touch of nutmeg tincture. The initial notes of bourbon are complemented with more and more chocolate and coconut as the beer warms up in the glass, and has a very subtle nutmeg finish at the end. A perfect sipper for a cozy winter night.
