Hibernator 2024 Barrel Aged Sour Golden Ale was aged for 12 months in a (Tawse) Pinot Noir wine barrel and finished with fresh blackberry and blueberry juice. With the re-fermentation of the fruits, this light red coloured golden ale leaves a refreshing tartness and fruitiness on the pallet, that was elevated even further with the subtle addition of typical mulled wine spices (cloves, orange peels, pink peppercorns, cinnamon).
