Soured by our house strain of lactic bacteria, Wizard of Gose is our take on the traditional sour-salty style. Bursting with refreshing tartness, this batch was made with blackberries and passionfruit, and pours a deep pinkish hue. Sparkling carbonation accentuates strong fruity aromas. We add just enough sea salt to round out the acidity, help the fruity notes pop, and accentuate the lightly sweet finish.
