This Golden Ale sat in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 12 months pitched with a blend of Brett, Lacto and Pedio cultures, that developed a wonderful funky, earthy and sour profile. After a year it was finished on some freshly pressed sour cherries to bring this beer to the next level.
