This Sour Golden Ale was aged in a Sauvignon Blanc wine barrel for 35 months. We let it spend time with ginger and the yeast on ginger skin to bring us a refreshing acidity and funkiness. Finished with fresh lime zest and toasted black peppercorn, expect a refreshing beer that pairs well with any appetizer.
