This decadent Imperial stout was conditioned on 15kgs of toasted Coconut and Cacao nibs resulting in a beer that is reminiscent of a Chocolate Macaroon. Starting with a huge coconut aroma, this rich stout layers flavours of dark chocolate and vanilla over a rich roasty malt base with a velvety mouthfeel and a smooth finish.
