With 30% of the grist composed of wheat and oats, this super-pale IPA features an incredibly smooth mouthfeel and a huge, persistent head. Cryo Citra hops bring an extra intense burst of citrus and tropical fruit, with subtle mango and stonefruit from a smaller Galaxy addition. This beer’s moderate body gives way to a pleasant medium dry finish, with very low bitterness.
