Introducing an easy drinking wheat beer, with lovely notes of banana and cloves, a straw colour, finished with a natural carbonation for a creamy mouthfeel. Brewed with 100% German malts from Bamberg, a yeast strain originating from the oldest brewery in the world (Weihenstephaner), German hops, and lots of love. Enjoy!

This New England Pale Ale features a pairing of Sabro and Mosaic hops, backed up by the style’s characteristic hazy appearance and juicy tropical aromas. Big coconut flavours give way to sweet citrus and subtle tropical fruit. Smooth and easy drinking with a balance of moderate bitterness and light malty body.

Dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Hallertau Mittelfrüh, this Italian Pilsner is light-body but not dull and pairs perfectly with sunshine on a patio.

BRAZIL is a full bodied stout, brewed with dark roasted Brazilian coffee beans, freshly roasted for us by the good people at The Library Specialty Coffee. This coffee variety showcases notes of red fruits, caramel and hints of chocolate. Brewed with plenty of cold brew coffee this stout can be appreciated by any coffee lover.

Introducing our old-school West-Coast IPA, paying homage to the style that started it all. Back in the late 80s this style revived small scale brewing in the USA and kick-started the rapid growth of the craft beer industry in North-America. This crystal clear IPA is bursting with notes of pine, grapefruit and has a balanced, bitter finish. Brewed with Chinook, Simcoe, Centennial and Amarillo.

Inspired by a Berliner Weisse, this raw sour beer was double dry hopped with Citra to accentuate the already present citrus flavours. Big notes of lime and lemon, as well as touch of sour candy sweetness, Solstice is complex, flavorful and refreshing!

Introducing our very first non-alcoholic beer. We tried to recreate the same experience of our IPAs in an alcohol-free beer, which is not an easy task, but we are very pleased with the results. This 0.5% ABV beer is featuring Talus, Citra and Nectaron hops.
