Seasons of Grub: Introducing Bandit's Winter 2019 Menu

Our patio heaters made their first appearance two weeks ago, so like it or not, change is in the air. The end of patio season is always somewhat bittersweet for us, especially once we start storing away all our outdoor furniture. Still, there's always more than enough to get us excited about the next few months, and no, it's not pumpkin beer.

The arrival of Fall allows us more time and legroom to focus on our barrel program, to implement new changes and updates around the brewery, and to fully showcase what our amazing kitchen team is capable of. During the Summer months, our chef and his team focus on delivering delicious shareable dishes and updated brewpub favourites to our guests. Once things start to cool off in the Fall our menu becomes more substantial.

Our new 2019 seasonal menu brings an array of brand new flavours with the introduction of several new offerings. Our goals remain unchanged with every seasonal menu: to use the freshest and highest quality ingredients and to make everything in house, from pickles to charcuterie. As always, we've taken into consideration all of our guests' preferences and dietary needs, so you can expect many creative and flavourful vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes. This also means that Bandit favourites remain on the menu, so no need to mourn our beloved Beer-Battered Cheese Curds or our epic Royale w. Cheese (if you know, YOU KNOW).
