Reduced Brewpub Winter Hours

Hello friends,

We have some big, exciting news to share about our beer and food program. After the great reception of our barrel-aged beers over the last year, we've been wanting to expand our barrel program with a ton of unrealized ideas, but as a small brewery, we are really, really short on space. We’ve decided to carry out some renovations to better utilize our space so we can DOUBLE(!) our barrel capacity. We are estimating the renos to take no longer than a month, and we'll be posting updates along the way.

We've thought a lot about ways to stay open during our renovations and had to make some changes to our operating hours, seating, and food menu. A selection of our staple beers will be available on tap, with the rest of our beer menu available in bottles or cans, which you'll be able to order in the brewpub. For food, we’ve created a small, yet incredibly flavourful, snack menu ranging from an assortment of cheeses to terrines, pâtés, and house-fermented pickles.

The Bottle Shop will remain open daily 11-11, and you can expect some of our most exciting beers of the season to be released over the next few weeks.
